Sub: - Irregular posting of Shri Dinesh Gupta, Circle President, National Union of Postal Administrative offices Group ‘C’ & ‘D’ (FNPO) Delhi Circle on the sensitive post of Section Supervisor, staff Section O/o Chief PMG Delhi Circle.


It is to bring to your kind notice that Shri Dinesh Gupta, Circle President, National Union of Postal Administrative offices Group ‘C’ & ‘D’ affiliated to FNPO has been posted on the post of Section Supervisor, Staff Section O/o Chief PMG, Delhi Circle which is against the rules. As per rules, no active union office bearer can be posted on sensitive post. The Post of President of Union/Association comes under the category of active union office bearers and the post of Section Supervisor Staff Section in Circle office which deals with all matters related to staff, has been designated as Sensitive Post.

It is, therefore, requested to kindly cause suitable instructions to Chief PMG Delhi Circle to transfer Shri Dinesh Gupta from the post of Section Supervisor, Staff Section as he will not be just and impartial in dealing with matters of members of other unions.
