Previously the ECoS was headed by Cabinet Secretary. Is this not HIGH ENOUGH ???? Another High-level committee is to constitute by the cunning Govt. for killing the time to avoid the HRA etc allowances for a year. Is there any deal with the Union Leaders in this matter ? And now the question is that, this HIGH-LEVEL committee is how much actually HIGH ? can this HIGH-LEVEL touch the depth of the NEXUS between the Govt. and so called UNION ???????????? They are just playing with our sentiment and interest!!!!!!!!!

The unions and has should have insisted the immediate implementation of allowances. The min basic and fitment formula even if it is delayed won't
effect the cash in hand of the employees as the govt will implement from 1-1-2016. The allowances part will be implemented only prospective and we won't get arrears on them. Hence it would have been wise enough to demand allowances implementation from immediate effect.
