How can it be a good news , while Kerala state Govt. gives minimum basic as Rs 16000/- ? Also we read in this Blog a post where the New Basic , as quoted , is Rs. 18130/- . Now we have to be happy with this GOOD NEWS.... !!!! Shame ...
